Protecting your personal data matters to us. This website is deliberately kept lean: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content.

2. Access data and hosting
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical data to our hosting provider's server (IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL). This data is stored in server log files and used solely to ensure trouble-free operation, to defend against attacks and to analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless security-relevant incidents require longer retention.
3. No cookies, no analytics tools
This website sets no cookies and uses no web analytics, tracking or advertising services. No fonts, scripts or maps are loaded from external servers.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Disclosure of data
Your data is not transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your consent. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
6. Your rights
With regard to your personal data you have the following rights vis-à-vis us: right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise your rights.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
7. Data security
This website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
8. Changes
We will adapt this privacy policy if the legal situation or our website changes. The version published on this page applies.
